Standard Return Policy
14-day Policy: Fourteen days from the date parts were received, exchanges and refunds will be available for any parts that do not meet your satisfaction. You must send your request with your invoice number and reason for the return to returns@rodandreeparts.com . You will then be contacted with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return procedures. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on any returned parts.
  • Returned parts must be returned in original packaging. You must include a copy of your invoice. The RMA number must be displayed visibly on the outside of the packaging.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any parts returned for exchanges and/or refunds.
  • Special orders, videos, DVDs, CDs, and books are not refundable.
